This document describes how the platform actually works today. It has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. If anything here conflicts with Philippine law — in particular the Consumer Act (RA 7394) or the Data Privacy Act (RA 10173) — the law applies and your rights under it are unaffected.

Terms of Use

The rules for using this marketplace, for both shops and buyers.

Who you are contracting with

We are a marketplace, not the seller. Each shop is run by an independent merchant. When you buy something, your contract is with that merchant. We provide the platform they sell through.

Buying

• You need a free account to place an order. You can browse every shop and fill a cart without one; you sign in at checkout.
• You must be able to enter into a contract, and the delivery details you give must be accurate and yours to give.
• When you place an order you receive a private link to it. That link is your record of the purchase and it works without signing in. Keep it — anyone who has it can see that order, so treat it as you would a receipt with your address on it.
• Do not use the platform to place orders you do not intend to accept. Repeatedly refusing delivery of cash-on-delivery orders costs the merchant real money and may result in a shop declining to serve you.

Opening a shop

• You must be at least 18 and legally able to sell the goods you list.
• You are responsible for everything you publish — descriptions, photographs, prices and claims.
• You must have the right to sell what you list, and it must be genuine.
• New shops are reviewed before they become visible to buyers. Approval is at our discretion and we do not have to give a reason.
• Keep your account details to yourself. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you.
• Your shop name, location and description are shown publicly. Buyers are entitled to know who they are buying from.

Your content

Everything you publish — product names, descriptions and photographs — stays yours. By listing it you allow us to display, resize and reproduce it for the purpose of running the marketplace: on your shop page, in cross-shop browsing and search results, and in the order records of people who buy from you.

Photographs are automatically resized, converted and stripped of embedded metadata, including location data, before they are published. That is a privacy measure, and it means the file a buyer sees is not the file you uploaded.

You must have the right to publish everything you upload. Do not use photographs, descriptions or brand names that belong to somebody else.

What may not be listed

Health and therapeutic claims are not permitted. Food supplements and similar products may not be described as treating, curing, preventing or diagnosing any illness. This is not a house style preference: it is the law, and the platform carries the exposure for what it hosts.

Listings are automatically checked for such claims and held for review when they match. Products in regulated categories carry a standard disclaimer added by the platform, which merchants cannot edit or remove.

Also not permitted:

• counterfeit goods, or anything you do not have the right to sell;
• anything whose sale requires a licence you do not hold;
• prohibited or restricted goods under Philippine law;
• misleading prices, including a struck-through “was” price the item never actually sold at.

Prices, payment and fees

• The price a buyer sees is the price they pay. Nothing is added after the total is shown.
• All prices are in Philippine pesos.
• Merchants set their own prices, delivery charges and policies.
• Cash on delivery never passes through the platform. The courier collects it and it goes to the merchant.
• Card and e-wallet payments are collected by the platform and passed on to the merchant, less our commission. See below.

What we charge merchants

Nothing to list and nothing monthly. We take 5% of each sale, and only when a sale completes. The rate that applies to an order is fixed at the moment it is placed, so a later change never alters an order already taken.

• Card and e-wallet. We receive the buyer's payment and pass on the balance after commission.
• Cash on delivery. The courier gives that money to the merchant, so we never hold it. Our commission on those orders becomes a balance the merchant owes, deducted automatically from their next online payout. A merchant who sells only by cash on delivery is invoiced for it instead, and a shop may be paused for new listings and new orders while an invoice is overdue — orders already placed are unaffected.
• If a merchant has invited an affiliate who introduced the sale, that affiliate's commission is a separate amount, set by the merchant, and it also comes out of the merchant's share — never out of ours and never out of the buyer's price.
• Commission is reversed in full on a refund, a return, or a parcel that comes back undelivered. We do not keep a fee on money the buyer got back.

None of this changes what a buyer pays. The price shown is the price charged.

Orders and delivery

• An order is an offer to buy, which the merchant accepts by preparing it.
• Stock is reserved for a short period while an order is being paid for. If payment does not complete, the reservation lapses and the items return to sale.
• Delivery times and areas are set by each merchant and their courier.
• Buyers receive a private link to their order. Keep it — it is the record of the purchase and it works without signing in.

Cash on delivery

Most orders here are paid in cash to the courier on delivery. That arrangement is between the buyer, the merchant and the merchant's courier.

• The platform never handles that cash and is not a party to it.
• A merchant may set a maximum order value for cash on delivery, and may decline to offer it.
• An order refused at the door, or undeliverable, is returned to the merchant. The cost of that failed delivery falls on the merchant, not on the platform.

Payment providers

Card and e-wallet payments are processed by licensed Philippine payment providers — currently Maya and PayMongo. You choose which at checkout. The payment itself happens on the provider's own pages, under the provider's terms.

Card details are never entered on this platform and are never stored by it. We do not see your card number at any point.

Those payments are received into the platform's account with the provider and passed on to the merchant, less commission. This is how the marketplace is able to offer one checkout across every shop rather than requiring each shop to hold its own merchant account.

Returns and refunds

Returns are handled by the merchant you bought from, under their own policy and under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act 7394). Your contract is with them, so speak to them first — every order page has a message thread that reaches them directly.

• Paid by card or e-wallet. The merchant issues the refund from their panel and it goes back through the same provider that took the payment, to the same card or wallet.
• Paid cash on delivery. We never held that money, so the refund is arranged between you and the merchant directly.

We are not an arbitrator and we do not decide disputes between a buyer and a merchant. What we do is act on breaches of these terms: if a shop misdescribes what it sells, makes prohibited claims, or repeatedly fails to fulfil orders, report it and we can suspend the shop. That protects the next buyer; it is not a route to getting your own money back, and it is not a substitute for your rights under RA 7394, which you keep in full.

Closing your shop

You can delete your account from the panel at any time. It asks for your password, and it is not reversible: your personal details are irreversibly overwritten and your shop closes.

It is refused while you have orders that are not finished. Buyers who have paid for goods they have not received need somebody to chase. Complete or cancel those first.

Order records survive in anonymised form, without the buyer's personal details, because tax and consumer-protection rules require sales records to be retained.

Suspension

A shop may be suspended for breaking these terms — in particular for prohibited claims, counterfeit goods, or repeatedly failing to fulfil orders. Suspension hides the shop from buyers; it does not delete the merchant's data.

Our liability

We provide the platform. We are not the seller of anything listed on it, and we do not manufacture, inspect, store or deliver the goods and services sold here. Responsibility for what is sold, for its description, and for delivering it rests with the merchant you bought from.

We take reasonable care to keep the platform running and your data safe, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Where something goes wrong that is our fault, our responsibility is limited to the commission we earned on the order concerned.

Nothing here limits any right you have under Philippine law, including the Consumer Act (RA 7394) and the Data Privacy Act (RA 10173). Where anything in these terms conflicts with those, the law wins.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and the Philippine courts have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

Changes

When these terms change materially the version identifier at the top of this page changes with them. The version you agreed to when you registered stays recorded against your account, so what you accepted at the time is always answerable.

Version 2026-09-04. This identifier is stored against every consent, so it stays provable which wording a person actually agreed to. A material change to either document moves it.
